It started operational in January 1998 as Sukia Farmaceutica S.A. changing its corporate name to Calox Holdings, S.A. that same year in August. It became an exclusive distributor for Calox International thus being involved in the globalization process the company was going through from its headquarters in Venezuela, from where it imports those products to be traded within the country.

At its Ciudad de Panama location, Calox Holding counts with management and administrative functions focused on serving customers and trade its products.
